35,000 Census Jobs Available for Canada's Census 2011 This May

Canada will be conducting Census 2011 this May. As such, about 35,000 census jobs will be available across the country.
Staff is needed for a variety of supervisory and non-supervisory jobs for the 2011 Census. Canadians and permanent residents are welcome to apply to make a lasting contribution to Canada and its people.
Census jobs start at different times depending on location and assignment. Supervisory positions (Crew leaders) are staffed first, then the non-supervisory positions (Enumerators).
Interested Canadians can mail their application form or apply online.

Online applicants are required first to read and accept Statistics Canada’s Privacy Notice. Also, submission of online applications during site maintenance (between 3:30 and 4:05 am EST) is not recommended.
Candidates will be contacted only if there are positions available in their geographic area.
