Canada Plans to Admit 40, 000 Immigrants via Provincial Nominee Program

Jason Kenney, the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration & Multiculturalism, announced Canada's plan to admit about 40,000 immigrants under Canada's Provincial Nominee Program in 2011.
